There was no problem when he is driving in the city but at the circuit there is a good amount of oil leak from the transfer.
we checked several points but were not able to find the main cause.
We drained the oil from the transfer there was about 2L…
usually its about 0.6L which means the oil isnt going back to the transmission, or theres too much oil coming through .
So we decided to take it apart.

It might be hard to see but the Diff case is cracked.
apparently if you put too much load on it, it will crack.
So at the circuit it over flows.
We had no other option other than ordering a new Diff case
we will also check the balance of the vehicle and probably be able to complete it early next week.
But wow thats such a rare case.

街乗りでは問題無しなんだけど、サーキット行くとトランスファーから
オイル漏れちゃう。結構な量。
なんだかなぁと色々と点検してみたけどイマイチ原因つかめず。
オイル抜いてみるとトランスファーに2Lくらいオイル入ってる・・。
(通常は0.6くらいね)って~ことはミッションに戻ってくれてない、
もしくは戻りきれないほどオイルが来ちゃってるのかなと。
んじゃしゃ~ないからバラしてみると・・
判りづらいかな。デフケースがパックリ割れてます。
高負荷かけるとこのクラックが口開いちゃうんでしょうね。
それでサーキットだと吹いちゃうと。
これは簡単には直らないのでデフケースを注文しました。
ついでにちょちょいと車体のバランス整える手法を講じて
週明けにはお渡しできるかなと。
しかしレアケースですねぇ。
